Recently tried the seattle location, since I have only been to the Bellevue location before and it did not disappoint. Broth was very savory and well seasoned and the options for what you can put in your bowl were very good. The staff member I spoke to confused me a little bit, but since I have been at the Bellevue location multiple times I knew what the procedure was, but I missed the add-ons at the end sadly. Also this location does not have the lucky cube drinks, but they do have the yogurt cubes. The inside was nice and clean and looked modern. It was just awkwardly quiet with their being not many customers at the hour I went as well as no music playing.

A great option for malatang (numbing and spicy soup). The beefbone broth is amazing, and you can get everything from a touch of spice to gut-wrenching. A reliable option when I'm too lazy or too busy to cook, but dinner time queues can be long. Basically, you come in the door and pick up a bowl and tongs, and you fill it with what you want. I always wind up with too much because I want a piece of everything

$14.99 per pound and you pick whatever you'd like. It was pretty busy when we got there on a Thursday evening but we didn't have to wait too long. The broth was on point! FYI, You pick your items first, pay at the cashier, and then wait to get seated. Then they call your number up and you have to pick it up yourself. They do bus the table after.

Visited during Friday lunch hour. It was packed! I liked the selection of ingredients and liked the way I can choose ones I like for my bowl. Ordered mixing sauce ( mala with peanut sauce , 2nd level of spicy). I liked it. I would like to try out the soup base next time.

Very simple concept; pick your toppings, they will cook it up for you, and you'll have a big bowl of soup. Came here because a client told me he's a fan of their broth. You get 2 options for the base broth, either tomato or spicy beef. Be very very careful in how much topping you add and if it actually will go well together because you get a big bowl to fill it up with and it's very easy to overfill when there's a variety of selection to choose from, but once they cook it up, it can be too much food if you filled it up with every single carb, protein, and veggies. It's $15 per pound which is plenty of food for one person. This is located in that Lake Hills plaza where the libruary is, very easy parking. It shares space with a dessert place which is very convenient if you still want to stick around after dinner. I like how there wasn't a strong hot pot lingering smell afterwards since you didn't cook it yourself. Tell me about your experience if you've been here or is going to after reading this review:)

I haven't had this specific style of food before! You grab a bowl and ingredients, and they cook it for you! (I thought they would give you a pot and you cook it yourself, but no.) I think I kind of did it wrong because I thought it was a hot pot, next time I'll get some noodles. My friends were able to get full on noodle bowls for about $11, which is a pretty excellent price! As an aside I think it's fun that they have egg tofu as an option, egg tofu is great! (It's actually $14.99/lb, and minimum weight is .67.)

Super delicious spicy beef broth! 1st time here and was very impressed with the flavorful broth. We had tube option between 1-3 level spice and to be safe I chose 1, which was perfect. The price is quite reasonable as well at $14.99 a lb. Good selection of items to add to the broth and service is fast. Parking is also really convenient with a free lot and no issues of finding a spot. Definitely want to come back here again and try the skewers. When we went there were none available.
